Did a uber eats order food was good I called restaurant to make sure my food allergies were done right! Lady on the phone was very hard to understand music was loud and she kept yelling to someone in Spanish! I received my food from driver ,I ordered fajitas had to use my own cheese and sour cream and I used my own tortillas when I only got 2! O boy the food tasted good but I don't know what happened to filling the order lol correctly

Have had decent experiences here. The salsa is good. The queso& enchiladas are good. Unfortunately the tacos were super bland. We’ve been multiple times and each time our server has been slow, doesn’t get us refills, doesn’t understand basic questions that affect our order. I want to love it but can’t.

Fast, friendly service. Great food

They have complimentary chips and salsa. I have been here multiple times and tried many different dishes. Today, I had the chicked chimichanga with a side of rice and pico de gallo. It was delicious. I have also had their nachos, which were lacking in the flavor department, and the same goes for the taco salad, in my opinion. But one dish I have had multiple times and by far my favorite dish here is the southwestern chimichangas. They are consistent with this dish and spot on flavor. My other favorites are the grilled chicken quesadilla and chicken fajitas. The four star rating is because of the consistency of these two dishes. While I have ordered both dishes multiple times, every once in a while, the meat will be a bit dry/overcooked but still edible. It's definitely not a reason to keep me away. Also, the service got a four star because some of the wait staff have trouble with their English, making it hard to understand them and to place your order from time to time. That said, I have only had one interaction where a server was rude and not attentive to their tables. (But I have had really good service from that same server before and since. So I will just chalk it up to a bad day.)

My husband and I ate here for dinner. We were staying in a hotel about 30 min to the north, and I found this restaurant on Google Maps and was drawn to the review rating. So we wanted to try it. We both tried the pick 2 dinner. My husband ordered a bean burrito, a beef chimichanga, a side of refried beans, and he made it deluxe with the lettuce sour cream and tomatoes. I ordered a beef chimichanga and a beef quesadilla that came with rice and refried beans. The service was on point. The restaurant was clean. The food came out hot.

This place has been around a bit, but I was not a huge Mexican food fan, until I discovered chorizo! El Ranchero has several dishes with chorizo! I love the decor, and the service is always excellent! I'm glad one of my friends told me about it!

The Grilled Fish tacos was so good with the chipotle cream sauce & other toppings. The Chimichanga had a nice crisp to it.

We enjoyed our visit. Maybe we are the only ones to experience this but we struggled with getting the waiter to understand us. We asked for 2 seafood queso and only got 1, we had to ask for a Second , also we were not ready to order and told him so but he stood there waiting and asking for our order. Now having said that the seafood queso is very good. Lots of chuncks on shrimp and crab, super yummy and all of our entrees were on point. I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I will come here for more food. Try it and I would bet you will enjoy it.

Delicious shrimp cocktail in a red sauce, not traditional cocktail sauce. A little spicy, and great flavor. The shrimp just seem to keep coming out of the large serving glass. Service is always good at this spot, it's clean and nicely decorated.

I went for lunch Friday at noon with two others. It was pretty busy, but we git seated right away. Service was great. One person had vegetarian. The food was good. Price was standard. A nice atmosphere. Outside seating.

Great place for Mexican food. Hidden in a small strip of businesses behind White Castle but don't let that fool you. Our group had several good dishes, from chicken quesadillas, chicken fajitas, monster burrito, tacos carnitas and crazy fries. Portions are large. Monster burrito is MASSIVE. Food is similar to other Mexican restaurants with sides of refried beans and rice. Decor is inviting and cheery. The BATHROOMS were very upscale. Live edge counters and tile and stone work. I was impressed by the quality toilet paper (no it wasn't the typical cheap crap...pun intended). STAFF was amazing. Very friendly, prompt and authentic. Put this one on your list.

After leaving Bob Evans due to the vibe that service was going to be horrible we came here for dinner it was absolutely wonderful! I had the fajita taco salad and couldn't eat it all. It was by far the best taco salad I've ever had. So happy we left Bob Evans and came here.

The food comes out quickly and is so delicious. They have recently done some remodeling and the place looks beautiful and refreshed. If you are in the area you must stop by!

Friendly staff , very good food, went around 4:30 on a Sunday and there were a good number of customers there but it didn't take long to get our food. $75 fed my family of five with three boxes stuffed full of food to take home. Pretty decent value, especially for the quality of the food. We will definitely return soon!

You'll have room for dessert! Chicken fajitas and chicken burritos with mole sauce was dinner and both were very good. I'm picky about my mole sauce, I think the best is balanced by both sweet and spicy. This was a good mole sauce but not as sweet to my liking. Their chips and salsa are very good, the salsa is chunky so it's a hit in my opinion. The chimichanga cheesecake was good but I wished the ice cream portion would have been larger. Another guest in our party ordered fish tacos, they looked delicious. Their presentation of all the dishes was exceptional. The good: This place has fair pricing to other Mexican restaurants. This is a good place to celebrate a birthday, they make the birthday guest get noticed for sure! I love that they have a lunch menu offered 7 days per week from 11am - 2:30 pm. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about their menu. They have a decent size menu with several offerings. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. The bad: The portion sizes. I felt their portions were not as generous as they should be. Other guests in our party noted the same about their meals.

Love this place! We always have plenty of chips and salsa and we get the fajitas with all the different meats for 2 for the whole family. It's so good and fresh! I dont know how they always seem to cook all those meats perfectly but they do! The cooking times for steak, shrimp, and chicken are very different and I've never had a chewy shrimp! So good!

We had the chicken and steak fajitas. There was plenty of green pepper but it was light on the steak and chicken. Had a nice flavor. Also came with beans and rice. The staff was very attentive to our needs and were very friendly! My step daughter got the tacos and they looked great!

I went here a few days ago for the first time. I'm not big into smaller restaurants but it was my mothers birthday and she wanted to go here. I was really uncertain of what to expect. However when I got there, I felt really cozy with the placement of everything in the restaurant. I really still didn't know what to expect with the food, so I ordered something familiar to me; a fajita chicken quesadilla. I was shocked by how good this was, it made me almost want to order another one. The service here was really great too, checking in frequently and they were extremely polite. I hope this gets more attention because what I had was amazing and I bet the rest of the menu was as well!
